Marriott International has made its debut in Cape Verde with the opening of the Four Points by Sheraton São Vicente Resort, situated above Laginha Beach in the port city of Mindelo on São Vicente Island.
The 127-room property marks three milestones for the group: Marriott's first hotel in Cape Verde, the 500th select service hotel in EMEA, and continued growth in island and coastal destinations across Africa.
